The Sales Associate is a customer-facing role that requires excellent service skills and a broad knowledge of our products. This individual will assist customers in finding products, answer questions about our inventory, and process customer transactions at the checkout. The Sales Associate will also assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in locating products within the store
- Answering customer questions about our products and services
- Processing customer transactions, including handling cash and card payments
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Stocking shelves and assisting with inventory management
Qualifications:
- Must pass a drug test!
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about our products and services
- Ability to handle physical workload, including stocking shelves and lifting items
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Spoken & written English proficiency required
- Spanish-English bilingual ability preferred but not required
